Summary

Hi,

first I want to say a big thanks to DrunkenMonkey288, who made this awesome design:

https://www.rockcrawler.de/wcf/user/9416-drunkenmonkey288/

It also works great in wet conditions and it is modular, so you can extend the bridge when needed!

I modified the design by Drunkenmonkey288 by reducing the height and the length of the bridge, so two bridges will fit perfectly to the M416 Trailer by OSSUM. You'll finde a picture, how to store it in the trailer (inner dimensions 182mm x 97mm). The bridge itself is 50mm wide.

You can finde the M416 trailer here:

To connect the elements of the bridge I have made a 5.0mm hole. Attached you'll also find
a spigot with 4.9mm and with 4.6mm diameter. When you have a little over extrusion, like me, you can use the smaler spigot. It is important, to print the spigot with 6 shells (see foto attached), so you have the full strength. The spigot have an flat side, so it will stick better to the print bed. The spigots have on its end some hols, so you can secure them in place with normal body clips.

The bridge and ramp are printed with 4 shells and 30% infill. You'll need to print it with
support.

I printed the parts with an 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height and I used PETG and the
bridge got very strong. Only the spigot are printed with 0.2mm layer height.

A single bridge (with printed spigots) can carry easily my TRX-4 with about 5.5kg.

Attached you'll also find a picture compared with the following bridge:

Good luck and happy crawl

Sebastian

######## UPDATE FROM 17.01.2020 #########

Added a 28,1mm longer bridge as requestet from "xm41907". Hadn't test it yet. The Idea is to fold it up without removing the pins.

######## UPDATE FROM 22.06.2020 #########

Added a extra longe middle part of the bridge. So you can fold it, without removing the pegs.
