The file 'Modified Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Carriage Tensioner 3D Printer Model' is (f3d,step,stl) file type, size is 21.5MB.
EDIT: I've added a version which instead of resting the existing soft top-hat brass bushing flush against the carriage accepts a 4.5x10mm M3 Stainless Steel spacer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009YMB47S)
,which when inserted makes the the original 50MM geometry correct again without relying on the soft copper/brass bushings that come with the Kossel which are not readily available and not ideal for the purpose. This adds a lot of rigidity, so you don't get sagging arms which mess with your trim geometry. I also fixed the geometry of the nut slots, since they were not done well in the original. Both use the same slider.
ORIGINAL:
I made a bunch of fixes for some of the issues with the original tensioner. Still 42mm, so requires the original hardware.
