I designed this rocket in Fusion 360 to be flown with F motors. I have flown this design 5 times and it does great! The nozzle end cap is just for looks and burns up pretty bad so if you don't want to deal with that, just print the flat end cap.
The upper body piece has a little hole for you to tie a shock cord onto if you wish. The nose cone has one hole for an eye bolt but I generally end up drilling another hole for two eye bolts. One for the chute and one for the shock cord. Eye bolt size is 1 3/16.
I haven't have too much of an issue with the internal motor mount melting, but I sure after enough flights it may. Additionally, if you don't use the middle body piece you can shorten the rocket print time but I don't know how well it would fly. I bet it would fly great with an E motor if you made an adapter.
Enjoy!
