I added a loop for a chain or earring hook to cerberus333's cool Easter Island head. I scaled the model to 25% to be about right for earrings, but you can scale it to whatever you want. In the picture, the small heads are printed at 100% (25% of the original). The medium ones are 150% and the large pendant size one is 200% (50% of the original).
