I tried the standard fan ducts for the MM3 but they blow a long way from the nozzles and make the blower fans stick out - so I designed this.
Best to print this in ABS as it's going to be very close to the nozzles. At the moment the blower fans just sit in place without any security - so far even with vigorous x-y movement they stay on - but I will modify this so that we can use cable ties or screws.
I have been testing this duct for about two weeks and it seems to be working very well. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot see the nozzles very well to examine how the print is going - some trust required. It does encourage me to walk away more - rather than standing there staring at the print.
