Summary

Ever the Sintron Prusa or any other with Mk8 or Mk9 Extruder ( Mk10?), never get the blower or the sensor to mount properly?
I have update the extruder mount for left side and right side fan (extruder with the mounting of the fan). Source from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:831864 and mixing it.
This would enable you to add a blower or/and sensor, LED. I have made it that you can adjust along the slot (a pair of M3 screw, a washer and a locking nut).
The bracket you need to have M3 size hole with 1cm apart, that you have 2 holes and more rigid fixture.
Give me more time that I can add brackets to this mount I will explain more.

Fitting this mount should have fixing screw at the top.
1st photo. It is almost as same as Sintron own mount.
2nd photo. Plenty of room a good 5mm with the blower sneak in. Where Sintron mount has a lumps in it.
3rd photo. Where did I get that? http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1090433
use on the Wanhao Duplicator i3.
I made the adaptor between this mount and the blower shown in 4th to 7th photos (this is the right side) and a blower that fit is 50x50x15, at the moment it is in the post.
Just adding another two, the sensor for autolevel, it is the large sensor fitting hole 18.5mm and the small sensor fitting 12.5mm hole, this two do need a support. Ideal is adjust the sensor, clip over the slot, once it is adjusted it will be fixed then couple of screws to hold it. You can unclip from the extruder or stay on plus you still have the blower fixed too. (this is the right side)

UPDATE:
last 3 photos is for left side extruder. And for STL last 3 in the thing file.

UPDATE
on the last photo, if the stepper motor is slightly loose and you tighten it up as far as you go, put a shim, 0.5mm thick, I printed mine out and fitted as you see in last photo. Plus, if the extruder is very hot, you can wrap the motor where the clamp is with ptfe tape.
Someone will tell if the extruder stepper motor is too hot, current is set too high.
