I finally made the move to Zaribo for my X axis and wanted to bring some mods along. One of those mods is a reducing the gap between the bondtech gears and ptfe tube leading to the hotend. This prevents flexible or softened filaments from diverting from the filament path. As an added bonus the PTFE tube stays securely inside the cold end since Prusa doesn't include a collet clip to hold the tube in place.
There's two versions available: Full body mod OR a small Flex cap similar to my stock design. I have only printed/tested the full body version so use the cap at your own risk! The Zaribo design only has one idler screw so I am not sure how securely the cap will stay in place.
EDIT 9/30: I have added the new R3 modded version of the Zaribo Extruder Body. Only diff compared to the regular Zaribo is the integrated flex mod which keeps the ptfe tube in place and brings the body even closer to the bondtech gears.
