This is a tilt-adjustable mount for 30 mm round mirror. A M3 setscrew in front adjusts the tip angle up or down (within a few degrees only) and a M3 screw in the middle holds the mount against a surface, and also allows it to rotate if it is loosened. There are two very short legs in back so it forms a tripod with the setscrew being the third leg. The setscrew is in a small brass press-fit threaded M3 insert, which goes into the PLA very easily when heated with a soldering iron. I used a 10mm long M3 setscrew here, but it sticks up a bit, so a 6 or 8 mm would probably be better.
Accessory item: an adjustable-tilt holder for a 12 mm diameter laser, using the same style and with the same optical axis (24.4 mm above the mounting surface), for alignment. You will likely need to ream out the 12mm hole to size using a 12mm drill bit, unless your printer is more accurate than mine.
