Summary

Heyho

For a small project I did need some minimalistic brackets! Since I didn't particularly like most of the versions already available online, I quickly constructed a few myself and ended up installing this ones.

Update 23.03.2024: Added a Cap :) Cap1 = upright printable for better finish Cap2= lying down for easier print.

Design Ideas

Round Corners
There are no hard edges to ensure a beautifully minimalist shape that no one can bump into unpleasantly :)

Hardware
Only 2 wood screws are required for assembly. One 4 mm (x 30 mm +) screw to attach the angle and one 3 mm (x 10 mm +) screw to attach the boards.
I refrained from using 2 screws so that the brackets can automatically align properly.

Chamfer
I added a chamfer to the contact point between the two wooden boards so that the two contact surfaces can rest as cleanly as possible.
In the middle of this chamfer there is an indicator that allows precise alignment with existing markings.

Scaling
You can scale the model up/ down if you like! But keep in mind that the Screw sizes will also change!

Print Instructions:

I printed the Brackets in 0,2 mm layer height, 30% Infill with PETG.
