The file 'Minimal Face Shield – No Holes, No Supports, Stackable, Packs Flat, Letter-Sized 3D Printer Model' is (pdf, ipt, stl) file type, size is 1.5MB.

Summary

The minimal face shield uses a 8.5"x11" letter sized transparency and 12" long, 1/4" wide elastic.

It is designed to be as lightweight as possible, but does not compromise in comfort or usability. The compliant forehead band with its large surface area ensures a perfect fit to all forehead shapes. Adjustible straps accomodate different head sizes. The slide-in transparency design allows for repeated assembly/disassembly of the face shield for flat storage, saving space.

Two models are included: one truely minimal face shield for 0.4 nozzles, and one with relaxed tolerances for 0.8 nozzle sizes.

Features:
~ No holes needed, slide-in design
~ Adjustible elastic cinch
~ Stackable
~ Fits within 200mm bed diagonally
~ Printable in 45 minutes
~ Lightweight (16g)

Important print settings (from my testing, for a 0.2 nozzle):
~ PLA, PLA+, or PETG
~ 0.28 layer height
~ 2mm brims (only needed at the ends)
~ 0% infill
~ 4 wall line count
~ Z seam - sharpest corner ("shortest" will leave it on the forehead band; quite uncomfortable)
~ No supports
