Miniature Portable Medieval Grindstone. Besides the portable grindstone with framework, there are miniature boxes and a basket. I have included a pike, an axe and a cleaver. One of the boxes prints with a knife and scraper as part of the box. One box is empty. The grindstone really does turn with the rotation rod if done right.
I thought about creating more items to be sharpened, but there are so many good knives, weapons and swords that can be printed and placed with these items on this site, I felt it wasn't worth the time. I also increased the size and have a picture of the larger grindstone which will go with my giants.
The holes for the rotation rod in both the framework and the stone will most likely need to be cleaned out. I made the rotation rod a little big to have tight fits. After printing you will need to file or sand down the rotation rod to your desired snugness.
The two top planks with holes are glued to the two supports with an overhang on one of the supports. The holes should hang down and inside the frame work. There are then two wood cross members that also need glued across the two supports to provide the final rigidity.
