I believe that what I have provided is unique to anything else on Thingiverse. This consists of two models. The first is a paper model that I designed. I have provided a file that can be printed out, preferably in cardstock and then cut out and glued together to create a 3-D model. The second is a very similar 28 mm miniature country home that I designed for 3-D printing. The two are not perfectly identical, but very close.
The 3-D design is composed of four parts. The main floor, roof and two upper side pieces that will need to be super glued. The main floor has detailed interior wood flooring, a fireplace, two doors and four windows. The two front windows are your typical lattice work type windows. The other two windows are shutter types.
The exterior is very detailed with textured stone that I spent quite a bit of time getting the texture just right with exaggerated detail, but not to the point of being too overt. There is also a detailed chimney.
I found it quite fun to build the paper model after completing the 3-D printable design and having them side to side.
The roof will need some support at the 90 degree ends.
