I needed a small motorized valve to make real enviroment simulation for some liquids flow. Direct valve drive design has a toque problem because the servo I wanted to use is too weak/little to work properly in that mechanism. To have balance between speed and torque, I choosed gearbox with 1:1.5 ratio (16:24 teeth).
Valve is compatible with Festo HE-2-QS-8 (8mm terminals)
The best thing is that it really works with even very low quality, cheap servo :)
