I've modified the remix by 'Mini Satsana CR/BL Touch, 40x20 Blower Fan by rohinp' to be compatible with the Creality Spider v3 high temperature hotend. Since this hotend is slightly longer than the stock hotend, the fan ducts needed to be lengthened. Additionally, I've made some adjustments to the BLtouch mount so that, if you are confident in your cooling, it can be printed without support lying flat on the bed.
I've also included a version with an ADXL345 mount for those using Klipper. You can find it in my profile. I'll try to post pictures as soon as I mount it to my printer. :)
I haven't made any changes to the bracket thing. It has been left as is. I just uploaded it so that you can download everything from one place.
