The original main gears failed on me and I tried 3D printing them again. They lasted only one week and since they are a PITA to change (about 3 hours of work), I decided to ditch the dual speed transmission and make two big fat gears. 45mm in length and Herringbone type to make the transmission run smooth.
Made with STLgears online tool. There are a couple of screenshot of all the parameters for the pairs I've made. I think the center distance is 46mm.
Printed in black PC with 25 perimeters to make them solid.
