I added a version of the large adapter "with holes" that has three 6.6 mm holes in the grow deck for 6 mm or 1/4 inch tubing. You can use these to put air stones in the jar, or connect the jar to an external reservoir, or even daisy-chain a series of jars to a reservoir/with each other.
Print one sleeve and one adapter. "Small" files are for 8 oz, "large" for 16 oz.
The sleeve is needed because (a) roots do not like to be exposed to light and (b) if light gets into the jar, algae will grow in the liquid, which is bad. Use black or very dark opaque filament for both the sleeve and the adapter.
Adapter accepts standard Aerogarden grow pods. You can buy pods from Aerogarden or print one of the many variants available for download on Thingiverse. Example: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4560879
Adapters and sleeves are designed to fit standard wide-mouth 8 oz and 16 oz jars, the type with the two-piece lid commonly used for preserving food such as jam. Use the outer ring of the two-piece lid to fasten the adapter to the mouth of the jar, and then place the jar into the sleeve.
