This is a double helical geared fidget spinner. Friction fit between bearings. No additional hardware needed. The center bearing is held in place by surrounding gears.
You'll need to print:
4 x DoubleHelixGear
2 x Spinner
2 x Bearing Button
Used four 22mm bearings (608Z)
Print the gears, spinners, and buttons. You'll need to push the bearings into the gears, this might require pliers but be careful not to break the gears. Push the bearing buttons into each side of one of the bearings. Next, we need to push one of the bearings onto the spinner piece, this may require pliers also. Then line up the bearing that has the buttons in the middle of the spinner piece making sure that the gears fit interlocking with the gears on the bearing that is attached to the spinner. Then push the other two bearings onto the spinner piece ensuring that the gears line up with the middle bearing gears. Finally push the other spinner piece into the bearings to finish assembly.
Please let me know if there are any improvements that can be made!
