Assembly

Glue is not required, the nails system is very strong. However I designed this for a kid so I still used epoxy glue for maximum strength.

Every assembly is definitive you can't go back without braking something, be very careful.

1) Assemble the 2 main parts of the handle

2) Assemble the handle to the core

3) Assemble the first part of the head to the core

4) Assemble the second part of the head to the core

5) Assemble the tip of the handle

6) Assemble caps on the handle

Glue is not required but its better to add a drop of glue to avoid clicking sound due to gaps around the caps. However here again when caps are in place they will be very hard to remove even without glue.

7) Assemble caps on the head
