Inserts, dedicated to great ore lamp designed by @jorgenp. Print with transparent filament (PLA in my case) with 100% infill. I tried 15%, it also works, gives a bit more light, but the infill is visible as lines. To make it even brighter, reduce number of lines, use wider nozzle and thicker layers.
There is 0,2mm clearance to make it easier to fit the holes, plate is original design of white diffusor. Cut holes for usb and button if needed.
There are also two bottom plate mods for solid mount of 17 leds.
First plate is close to original, Arduino nano based version.
Second is a mod for ESP32 DevKit, running WLED software in my case (https://github.com/Aircoookie/WLED). WLED software support button, so the original design works. Since the board usb is not exposed on back plate, small microusb breakout board is used as power junction.
White reflector can be glued above transparent inserts to improve internal reflectance.
I also created small MicroUSB support which can be glued above MicroUSB breakout board (ESP32 version) to protect junction by reducing the gap above. Believe me, it's mandatory when lamp is used by kids. :)
