Milwaukee Rover USB Flashlight 2112-21 - My daily use light and it is my second one that the clip has broken into pieces. Decided to just remake it in FreeCAD- albeit a bit improved over the original. This version also uses the original magnets and mounting screw (T8 size.)
Pictured in white for emphasis and my final is the black one out of Elegoo Rapid PETG. Been using it for over two weeks on the job and dropped several times- still going strong!
Added the original version with the tight fitting magnets as a gcode file and my printer works fine with this orientation in PLA+. You may want to flip 180 or even on its side and use additional supports. The magnets fit very tightly, depending on your printer and settings, you may want to enlarge the magnet pockets, or...
The second file with Preferred in the file name is much more forgiving and will work in PETG as well. This is probably your best choice and if the magnets are loose, a little epoxy or CA will hold them just fine.
