The file 'Milwaukee M18 Magnetic Bit Holder 3D Printer Model' is (step, stl) file type, size is 360.2KB.
I wanted a bit holder that could hold at least 3 bits and not stick out too much or interfere with my hand while holding the drill.
Model A - Recessed mounting point that works with many Milwaukee M18 tools but not all.
Model B - Planar mounting point that works with any tool.
For best results, press four 5mm diameter by 3mm thick magnets into the slots on the backside. ¼ inch driver bits will be held with interference-fit, and smaller drill bits will stick to it with magnets.
Print with PETG, or ABS/ASA at 0.15mm layer height, no supports needed. PLA will work but may become loose over time. Model A has built-in supports that you can remove with flush cutters.
Made with FreeCAD.
