These are vacuum adapters for the Milwaukee M18 Jigsaw model 2737B-20. This is not the top handle jigsaw, it is the scroll type jigsaw. These adapters might also fit the top handle jigsaw (I cannot verify as I do not have one).
The vacuum port is for a 32mm hose end and discharges between the battery and the saw. There is a left discharge and right discharge version for whichever grip is convenient for your project.
I printed this with the vacuum port surface on the build plate to maintain good diameter consistency at the vacuum port and minimize the supports necessary inside the part where it is difficult to clear them out.
I used tree supports in my print.
