This Midsummer Pole was intended for a model train panorama in H0 scale but it also works great as for instance a flower pot decoration, or maybe just a table top decoration? My daughter also wants a midsummer pole for her Sylvanian Families and I hope it will work in any scale :)
The printed version is 100 mm high of which about 10 mm is meant to be pressed down into some ground material to make it stand upright. That means the pole would be close to 8m high in H0 1:87 scale. It is possible to scale it down somewhat but it becomes hard to print pretty soon most likely.
I printed the pole in two halves and glued together to avoid massive amounts of support and/or clean up work.
Happy midsummer everyone! :)
