This is a from-scratch re-design of redpiyaya's model to fit on an Ender 5 (probably also on a Plus, feedback is welcome). Also it can be clipped easier onto the wheel support shaft and it has a mount for an ADXL345 (credit for the ADXL mount idea goes to dressyspider and his model).
I designed it for heat set inserts, since I wanted it to be robust and removable. I also upload one without the need for heat set inserts.
I also uploaded my STEP file so people can easier amend the model to their printer models an needs.
