I was not satisfied with the fact that the air flow did not blow over the entire area of the hotend. Therefore, I increased the area of the air channel in the lower part. Also increased the vertical walls and added holes for mounting the aluminum plate that separates the hotend from the print area. In this way, air from the hotend does not blow over the printed part, and the fusing head cools down less. Now ABS printing with the blower fan turned off will be of better quality.
The aluminum plate is made from a Carlsberg beer can. Other brands should also be compatible)).
I made holes for the smallest screws I could find. Otherwise, it will have to be drilled.
The model was printed with 30% infill without any supports. PLA plastic.
This model is 2 grams lighter than the standard case with a BLtouch holder (62 grams).
