The file 'Micro SD Extension Control Box Mount For CR-10 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 187.8KB.
This is a simple case-mount for making the CR-10's awkward Micro SD reader a little bit more accessible via a Micro SD extension cable, like the one here:
The backing snap-fits to the case which then mounts to the control box by plugging into the voltage switch opening.
You can use 2x M3 screws to fix the backing to the case, but they're not crucial.
The case mounts securely using only the voltage switch plug, but if you want to hedge your bets, I recommend using a thin double-sided adhesive tape/sticker:

The design was inspired by m4kerb0t's cheeky voltage switch cover:

I figured, why not make use of it?
Update:
There was too large an opening for the extension slot and I kept dropping SD cards inside.
Tightened things up to prevent this.
Some tolerances are also updated.
