Designed this holder for the microSD card extender to slot into the left-hand aluminium extrusion of the FLSUN Super Racer. Leaving it loose seemed a bit too troublesome and it provides a much more comfortable position for the microSD card.
Note : The size of the extender into which the microSD card fits is 25mm x 7.15mm x 3.3mm and it is a snug fit into the printed holder. I have attached the Fusion 360 file for adapting and remixing.
Printing:
Print standing up as in first picture. Use at least 2 walls and only 20% infill. No supports required.
Parts required :
You will need 2 x M5*8 bolts plus 2 M5 T-nuts. I used the parts from my Ender 3 spool holder.
