I needed to sand the bottom of some pockets on a wooden project but none of my existing tools would fit. Realizing that the dewalt oscillating tool accepted M6 threads I modeled and printed this head then attached sanding paper to the end with super glue.
Add an M6 Machine screw and 2 M6 nuts to the pad, then glue on the sand paper of your choice. Install M6 screw into oscillating tool to desired position then tighten down top M6 nut.
Recommend printing 100% infill then super gluing sand paper to pad. Print multiples for different grits
