Summary

This set of a sprinkler and hook for the Gardena Micro Drip system is a remix of several great items that can be found on thingiverse. Many thanks to the creators of the original designs for their great work!

With the modifications I did, I tried to make printing as easy as possible and to use minimum support. I strengthened the sprinkler here and there, reduced its size by 1 percent to make it easier to fit the Gardena 4.6mm pipes and to make the threads of the sprinkler cap fit better (so If the cap is too loose for you, try to reduce the size of the cap in your slicer).

The rod is available in two different lengths. It is meant to be used as an optional base for the sprinkler or the hook - just glue it together.

I also added a T-shaped pipe connector and a pipe end.

Resolution:

  • The hook and the rots can be printed with up to 0.3mm (my setting was 0.2mm)
  • For the sprinkler, the cap and the T-pipe I recommend to use at most 0.15mm (I used 0.1mm)

Support: is only needed for the pipes of the sprinkler (the threads don't need support).

For good stability I recommend to use at least 25 percent infill.

Filament Material: in my case the parts are used outdoors, so PETG and ASA was my choice. For indoor, PLA should be fine.

Note: The project is WIP, I did some prints of it but I did not have time to install it in my garden yet. When everything is in place, I'll add some photos.
