Here is my simple solution using the MH-M28 module for use with headphones. It's simple and compact design, along with a battery, makes it easy to carry in your pocket and use with phones without a 3.5 mm port (like iPhones), or with computers in hands-free mode.
Please note that you can adjust the size if you are using a larger battery. You will need a battery protection circuit to charge with the MH-M28 module.
