If you're silly like me, you may have bought a plate for your CNC Router or 3D Printer that has holes correct for an MGN15C Linear Rail/Block, but bought MGN12H Linear Rails and Blocks. If you have, then you'll have quickly realised that one has 20 x 25 mm spaced holes, and the other has 20 x 20 mm spaced holes, which don't line up, but are close enough that you can't just drill holes at 20 x 20 and 20 x 25 into another plate between them you can screw into.
This adapter plate should fix the problem for you. I've used this adapter when upgrading my Workbee CNC Z Axis to the Queenbee Linear Rail setup but with MGN12H Linear Rails.
You will need to print both the Linear Rail and Plate side. I'd recommend 100% infill, and potentially a stronger filament than PLA.
Per adapter set you'll also need:
I've also included a 15mm spacer which fits on the "Queen Bee" Z plate between the adapter blocks.
Enjoy :)
