Summary

A modular tool for use in creating copper plates suitable for the mezzotint printmaking technique. The design permits multiple rocker blades to work in unison. Each module is designed to hold two rocker blades and each blade can be individually adjusted. Horizontal members can be used to attach additional modules. Modules are offset to produce an inter-locking pattern. The simplest configuration of two modules is shown.

Each module requires two blade carriages and adjustment housings.
