After upgrading from the Quest 2 to the Quest 3, I could not find a comfort strap that I liked as well as my Destek, so I modified a great strap adapter I found on printables to better fit my strap.
PETG would be the best bet for printing, but my PLA one worked well.
I modified the file in Shapr3D, but the source below has some great starting models as well.
