The file 'Mess-free Stick Incense Burner 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 2.3MB.
I love stick incense but hate the mess, and most burners are not attractive. I created this burner using an old carbon fibre bike seat post I had laying around. The ash drops into the base and can be dumped through the opening, which also allows for air-flow through the base and up the pipe. This should work with any non-flammable pipe with a 1.25 inch (32mm) outside diameter.
Since I used a relatively low-temp plastic (PLA) I added some aluminum foil (see picture) at the top of the center post as a heat shield in case the 'cherry' broke off and wedged between the pipe and the post. Regardless, use with your own discretion and preferably use a high-temp filament.
I printed with no supports, .2mm height, and Cura Fuzzy Skin. There is some stringing inside the chamber and a bit around the opening. The photos above are direct from the printer with no post-processing.
Edit: I’ve updated the model to address stringing. Should print better now
