This is Pelican 1020 case insert. design elements include a RAK19007 mounting plate, space for 2 dual 18650 battery holders and room for antenna connections protruding into the case. It also has A slide in channel for a GPS sensor antenna. This is very much in DEV.... I printed it in PETG due to high temp needs.
be sure to get a iPEX to RP-SMA Connector, you will have to drill a small hole in the peli, and use the SMA as a bulkhead with some silicone for a water tight seal
I designed the 18650 carrier slot to fit these battery holders, simply insert at an angle, and they snap securely into place- The carrier slot has not been tested, mileage may vary
Future iterations will include a PCB battery protection slot for a BMS.
V20 the GPS mount, Switch slot for a rocker switch, and space for 2 dual 18650 flat top batteries
