Summary

Antenna design using PVC tubing for electric installations, I used PETG for the 3D print, strong and weather stable, Coax cable is RG58 but you can use thinner if you like, short = less loss, total antenna height 160mm, copper tubing 3mm diameter
Print instructions, flat side down, sorry you need to rotate it,
no support needed, you need two of them,
after printing I hold both parts together, and slowly trim the antenna mount hole
with a 3mm drill, this cleans the 3D print nicely.
Contact glue works good for PETG and PVC tubing,
the PVC tube is 16mm electric install type, super cheap.
you can use a few springloaded clips to hold the parts together while glue dry
or simply stick into pvc tube, and with some more glue, and all is self-holding
I also added a ferite tube on the coax near the antenne, current mode balun you know.
I also made an outdoor version, soldered the ends of the copper tubes closed, so no water go in this way, and added two more thinn layers of contact glue all over the base parts over some hrs, just to coat and proff it
NEWS: added new STL files for 5mm car brake copper tubing
MORE NEWS : added new STL for 6mm brass tubing.
