This model is my version of Mercy's healing staff from Overwatch. While not 100% game accurate, this model is extremely close to the in game model, with certain details omitted to ensure durability for long term prop use. This is a pretty involved model and requires a lot of post-finishing to get the look just right. It uses all real hardware rather then printed hardware, here is a list of what you will need to complete this prop.
Staff shaft: https://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/123/3644/=193xxgi (Order a 5' ABS tube 1 1/4" OD, 1" ID)
Staff inner shaft: https://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/123/142/=18c6jxb (Order a 2' polycarbonate tube 1"OD, 3/4" ID)
6x M4 1.25" screws
4X M4 .75" screws
Assorted 6-32's and 8-32's button head screws
The fins do articulate, but otherwise this is a static prop. I chose to paint mine in the cobalt scheme but the model is the same as her original white staff. I modeled in channels for LED strips on the inside of the fins if you'd like to simulate the light the staff omits from the game. I intended to install some in mine but ran out of time before the convention I was making this for.
