Used the beautiful logo from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:254529, shrunk it down to fit on the MP select mini and then created a single penholder and misc. box instead of the post it note holder and 3 separate pen holders.
Update: Had to remove the base under the logo so it could print with supports.
