After Printing and finalizing 6(5 kids and 1 Adult) shoulder armor of my previous design(See my other Design)... I ask myself how could i remove the need of post-printing process... and here the result :) ...
This is a great Last minute Halloween prop since once printed , pop it up from the bed and you're ready to go :)
I've Change the round pivot cover for a shield shape one... this enable me to print the complete design in one piece :). No more Glue!!!
I've also add 2 small hole on top of the outer plate to enable direct sewing or easily add a leather piece.
