stl files looks like solid core, but indeed the cut area is laid open in layer view

When printing all anatomy model, it needs cooling fan to cool the print layer, otherwise the complex irregularities in the interior shell will wrap up and hit the nozzle and results in belt slip and X,Y layer shift
