This is a plate with information about the connectors at the back of the Medeli SP4200 digital piano. The connectors are otherwise hard to discern as the markings at the back are very hard to read from above and even from the back.
There are different models for different text styles (an experiment). Use the embossed one for color change.
It works as well with Thomann SP-5600 (that I have), Kurzweil KA-120, Beale Stageperformer 1000, Classic Cantabile SP-250, Fame SP-4, and possible other rebrands of the Medeli SP4200.
