This is a remix of the 44mm Mecanum Wheel from Jonah_Innoart for the geared TT motor. I used elastic rubber tube to wrap the rollers to improve movability.

The most tricky part is how to get the small rubber tube to wrap around the rollers. Here are the steps
Step 1: use some soap water to put 4 shafts inside the rubber tube (at the middle)
Step 2: use the 3D printed Guide to widen the shafts evenly
Step 3: put the Shaft Holders at the both ends
Step 4: drop the roller inside the shafts via the hole on the Shaft Holder
Step 5: twist the Shaft Holders in the opposite direction to expand the rubber tube (use spanner)
Step 6: push the roller to the middle of the rubber tube
Step 7: pull out 3 of the shafts first, be careful to let the rubber stay in the roller
Step 8: roll the remaining shaft around the roller to get the rubber in place
Step 9: pull the shaft out
It may be a little bit difficult at first, but once you get the trick, it will become easy. I did it for all the rollers by myself, but if you have someone to help, it’ll be a lot easier. The shafts need to be hard enough to resist the strong shrinking force from the rubber, so the shafts should not be too long. Also, the shafts I used have tapper at both ends which make it easier to slide into the rubber tube and not tear the rubber.
