It is slightly smaller (3.5 inches) and has larger text in a different font.
There is space on the back for three magnets (5mm x 3mm) to be popped in. You can add supports for the holes if you desire and then clean them out with a razor blade.
I purchased magnets from Amazon and used a paint marker for the text. The magnets pop in and stay without glue.
