Summary

Remixed to fit sourced items from Amazon that would arrive was faster than from china.
This cover will fit any MeanWell LRS slim style power supplies.

List of changes made:
➢ Replaced the regular XT60 w/ pcb connectors with more robust XT60E-M that should stand up to abuse better
➢ Extended body 10mm to allow wires to be tucked easier
➢ Enlarged switch recess to accommodate switch used
➢ Adjusted Switch perch to allow easier locking of IEC320 C14 body to printed part

Notes:
➢ Please consult an electrician before wiring this up.
➢ If you choose to solder the wires on the switch like i did please review the pictures and see how you solder should look. It should be smooth and shiny. If your solder job is rough and dull its an indication of a cold solder and can easily break off the terminals or cause shorts.
➢ You can print on the face to allow less supports but having heavy supports on the switch perch made it difficult for the clips to lock it into the body. I tried many times with test pieces and different thickness slices with PursaSlicer but the supports left the perch unusable at certain thicknesses it was either to thick or too thin. I ended up slicing with S3D and it printed much better (even though S3D is ancient it still has the best support algorithm of any slicer..)

BOM:
    ➢ 350w 24v PowerSupply Amazon
    ➢ 350w 12v PowerSupply Amazon
➢ Screws m2.5 x8mm for XT60E-M and m3 x 3mm (can also use m3 x 5mm not in this kit) to secure print to MeanWell case Amazon
    ➢ IEC320 C14 Male Power Socket w Switch Amazon
➢ Recommend using this style of XT60 Amazon (it gives you more to hold when disconnecting so you wont strain the wires)
