This is a small Vixen-style dovetail bar for the Meade ETX-90 Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope.
Simply mount it to the underside of the telescope with 2 1/4" x 20 (1" length) screws and you're good to go.
It also has a small hole to accommodate a press fit 1/4" x 20 brass insert to allow the telescope to maintain compatibility with standard 1/4" x 20 mounts.
