DONT VASE MODE THESE. They are designed to fit in exact wall width, in and out.
This is bellows and a throat guide for most Mazzer Major coffee grinders. This will help you achieve zero grind retention. If you have a Mazzer, you know what the throat guide solves just looking at it. The two components are designed to fit just right-tight enough the bellows doesn't spring itself out after a pump, but loose enough it's easy to use the bellows as a bean weighing cup and quickly flip it in there. I included my noob-y f3d file in case someone wants to modify. You might be able to do vase mode with a 1mm nozzle, but I'd stick with multiple perimeters on a 0.4mm nozzle for better overhangs. I recommend a wider width and shallower layer height for better and stronger overhang. i.e. 0.5lw and 0.15-0.2 (max) lh for a 0.4 nozz.
Original was printed with SpiderFlex. This one with Filaflex 82A. Throat part with some chinese unbranded PETG.
I hope you all can benefit.
Brim for the throat guide.
Flip the bellows before print!
