This is a two piece plate designed to rotate the coil packs for a Mazda DISI MZR engine 90 degrees counter clockwise for the purpose of aesthetics. I designed it as two parts so that it would fit on my print bed.
The new bolt holes for the coil packs are undersized so that they can be drilled and tapped for the hardware, or you can add knurls for metal threads. To directly tap the threads, the standard size for the OEM bolts and dress up kits is M6 x 1.0, drilled to size with a 13/64th drill bit. This is pretty effortless to do but make sure you have the tools, or order what you need ahead of time. If you tap the threads directly into the extruded material, hand tighten the bolts only using a socket and extension, but no wrench handle.
Your coil pack harness MUST be modified to utilize this plate as intended. For a proper tuck, it will need to be lengthened somewhat significantly.
