Summary

This propeller is designed and was flown on the DJI Mavic Mini. I printed the propellers with a SLA printer. The trailing edge is 0.2mm thick, so don't use a nozzle diameter larger than that if you are going to use FDM without increasing the perimeter offset.

I measured the stock propellers hovering rpm at about 9500 rpm using a tachometer. The original propeller diameter of the stock propeller is 120mm. This design will be about 121mm when mounted on the stock motors. These motors put the axis of folding rotation of the propeller 5mm from the propellers thrusting axis of rotation. Based on those conditions, I designed this propeller to perform at a similar RPM, and create 250/4 grams of thrust. This way the motor will remain well matched to the propeller. I have not yet had the chance to test the motor and consider the KV and voltage in the propeller design. This propeller uses a triple variable airfoil design.

I really like this folding propeller mounting design. I know it likely has it thrust limits, but it is light, simple and hard to mess up. To bad the screws are so custom.
