This mason jar lid fits mason jars that use wide-mouth lids. There are 3 parts to this. The jar adapter that connects to the jar, the slider (blue in the picture), and the slider housing. See assembly instructions to make sure you get it right on the first try.
I use this to store my dog's treats, but of course you can use it for other things.
