I designed this to not touch the ears at all and be so comfortable you forget you're wearing it. Hair and bun are not required (optional). This is especially important when working 8 to 12 hour days. This prints in four pieces and snaps together. A cr10 bed size is ideal, but it should print on a 210mm bed size or bigger. You just have to put the top strap piece on a 45 degree angle. Also, make sure the bed is correctly leveled. I have printed many in pla and started in petg and prints good in both. Assembly is easy, you just line up the the letters; the T stands for top and B stands for bottom L is left and R is right as seen in pics. Print time is 52 minutes at a speed of 50mm/s. It uses about the same amount of plastic as the Creality's Mask buckle and only 6 minutes more time with the same settings.
Updated. I uploaded a file called (for kids bottom strap). When you print the mask straps, change the regular bottom strap to the kids one and it will be kid sized.
Updated: I added a version 2 (V2). The V2 Left & Right side pieces are the same, but with the addition of posts next to the hooks. This provides you the option to put on and off the mask for easier application from the side instead of (the original L & R side pieces where you use all four hooks) sliding on and off the mask from the top of the head (like an N95 mask). With V2, you hook one side (left-handed usually left side hooks or right-handed right side hooks or whatever side is more natural) and then use the posts for the other side. This makes it more versatile to more users. Note the hooks are still stronger and more secure then the posts.
